• Can I switch to another race distance?

  Yes, you can switch to another race distance as long as these events are not sold out. Just log into your user account to make the change.
  
  Note: If you upgrade to the longer distance, you'll be asked to pay the price difference. If you downgrade to a shorter distance, you will not receive a refund.

• Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

  Yes, this is possible. Just log into your user account to make the change.

• Do you offer cancellation insurance?

  Yes, we do. You'll see this option during checkout.

• What is your cancellation / refund policy?

  Entry fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a race postponement, format changes, cancellation and/or if you are unable to participate. However you may transfer youre registration to a friend.
